The suburban teen killed after being ejected from a vehicle in a horrific Barrington Hills crash over the weekend has been identified. The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office identified the 17-year-old as Colin Newnam. According to the village of Barrington, Newnam was a local high school student in the Barrington 220 School District and resident of the northwest suburb. “We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, classmates, educators, neighbors and all those whose lives were touched by Colin,” the village wrote on social media. “This heartbreaking loss is felt beyond our Village, and our thoughts are with everyone who is grieving during this difficult time.
