The third person found dead after a boat capsized July 14 in the San Francisco Bay has been identified by the Medical Examiner’s Office. Carol Boisa, 74, of Sacramento County, was identified by the San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office after being found west of the Golden Gate Bridge this weekend. On Saturday at approximately 10 a.m., San Francisco police officers said a person was found dead near Point Diablo on the Marin County side of the Golden Gate channel. Out of the 20 passengers attending a memorial service aboard the 49-foot cabin cruiser, three people and one dog have been pronounced dead. One more person remains missing. The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office identified Clifford Boisa, 79, of Sutter County, as the first victim confirmed dead. Clifford was initially rescued from the water when the boat capsized but later was pronounced dead after succumbing to his injuries.
