Mark Twain building owners say they are cooperating after AG action plan deadline passes

The developer of the Mark Twain building has issued a statement saying current operations at the property will end Sept. 1, after the Missouri attorney general set a deadline for an action plan to address alleged drug trafficking and other illegal activity at the downtown property.
